A proud New Jersey native, Dr. Nicole Elia is delighted to return to her home state after five years of honorable service as a general dentist in the U.S. Navy. Dr. Elia earned her dental degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She then completed a one-year General Practice Residency at the Naval Hospital in San Diego, California, where she focused on multidisciplinary and hospital-based dentistry. During this time, she cared for a diverse population of active-duty service members, veterans, and their families. She later transferred to MCAS Cherry Point in eastern North Carolina, where she continued to provide high-quality care to sailors and marines.

Her military service helped shape her strong clinical skills, effective communication, and leadership abilities. A passionate lifelong learner, Dr. Elia earned a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), a significant professional achievement that reflects a dentist’s dedication to excellence in patient care. By completing hundreds of hours of continuing education and demonstrating advanced clinical knowledge, Dr. Elia has earned this prestigious distinction. Her commitment to staying at the forefront of modern dentistry ensures that her patients receive the highest standard of comprehensive, evidence-based care in a welcoming and compassionate environment. She is also a proud member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.
